Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer support team via email at contact@pacome.in or call us at 8500779000 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM).
Once we receive and process your cancellation request, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 24–48 business hours.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24–48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
Cancellation After Shipment / Return of Delivered Products
If the cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped or once it is returned, we will process the refund after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking):
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours of product verification. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, based on the billing details you share with us over email. This will be done within 24–48 business hours after we receive the returned product and your bank details. It may take 2–3 additional business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange option in case you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product. Once your exchange request is approved and the returned product is received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Delivery for exchanged items will take 7–14 working days from the date of approval and dispatch.
Return Policy – Conditions for Non-Acceptance
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
Product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories, or if the packaging is damaged.
The serial number is tampered with.
The product is defective but not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
Return request is made after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
