All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically shipped within 7 days from the date of order placement and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, delivery will be completed within 7–14 working days, subject to courier or postal service norms and serviceability of the delivery location.
  • The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure this information is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Confirmation

Confirmation of order dispatch and tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID provided at the time of account registration or purchase.

Shipping Charges

If any shipping charges are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, these charges are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or return.

Exchange Delivery Timeline

In case of a valid exchange request (due to wrong, damaged, or defective product), once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 7–14 working days.
